Planned Maintenance Agreement
Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) holders with Connolly Electric & Mechanical can experience the peace of mind that their comfort is in good hands. Preventative service ensures HVAC systems will have a longer, more efficient life than those that do not regularly have preventative service. These types of services are important for catching break downs before they occur.
Planned Maintenance Agreement is a 365-day agreement and includes:
2 visits per year* (one heating & one cooling**)
Priority service with no overtime or holiday rates
Regular trip charges during holidays & weekends
Discounts up to 15% for parts & labor
*Quarterly & monthly contracts are available for commercial and high use systems
**Heating visits begin October through March and cooling visits begin April through September, until completion
Technicians use a minimum evaluation of 16-point A/C inspection and upwards of 28-point inspection dependent of system type, age, and condition. Key components of the system are evaluated and recorded. Any noted problems or suggestions, along with pricing are explained to the customer before any repairs are made. We use flat-rate pricing guide for all our HVAC parts and services. (Filter changes are an extra charge unless the customer supplies the filters at the time of the visit.)
System model numbers, serial numbers, & locations are recorded at the first service. PMA is valid for only the recorded systems and locations. Each residence or location requires a separate agreement and cannot be combined or switched.
We try to reach out to all of our PMA holders to schedule visits in a timely manner, but it is the responsibility of the PMA holder to call Connolly Electric & Mechanical to schedule their maintenance appointments if begin using the system or notice any issues that need immediate attention.
PMAs are not automatically renewed.
